dcat:Catalog seems more approriate than http://purl.org/cld/cdtype/CatalogueOrIndex to descibe registries. Moreover dcat:Distribution and/or dcat:DataService should be used to refer to download URLs and API endpoints and Concordances should be xkos:Correspondence.

JSKOS Distribution is dcat:Distribution
JSKOS Registry is cdtype:CatalogueOrIndex but could be dcat:Catalog instead
JSKOS Concordance is void:Linkset but could better be xkos:Correspondence and/or fabio:VocabularyMapping
