Source code of our Berlin rents map. This repository does not contain real data, but random data for coloring the polygons.
You need bower in order to install the dependencies.
$ bower install
Start a webserver in the app folder. For example:
For python3
$ python -m http.server 1337For older versions of python
$ python -m SimpleHTTPServer 1337visit http://localhost:1337
The map is based on Leaflet. Moreover we use topojson.js and this codesnippet in order to enable TopoJSON support for Leaflet.
We have two files that contain data we use in our application
app/data/berlin-zipcodes-data.topojsoncontains the geodata and the data (id,name,district,randomRent) we use in our tooltipsapp/data/labels.jsoncontains the labels we display on our map
