Describe the bug

Hi, i somehow have 1100+ followers.

The followers' number is enormously unrealistic - cuz I'm a new user and my posts have 0 engagement.

I guess there is a vulnerability so the users can automatically subscribe to other users

The problem with this is that i do not know my real audience. I can not see is it growing, i cannot see who is my readers, cant contact them etc

To Reproduce

Register on dev.to and wait for your follower count to grow without any reason

Expected behavior

Majority of followers are real people who follow me because they are interested in my content

I was also surprised when one day, I opened my dashboard and found out that I had 500+ followers and 50+ following without any posts I didn't even follow anyone and I got a msg that more that more than 300 people followed me.
