Tables stored in osquery linwin folder are still being marked as available for Mac #6262

Description
Problem
The following tables are stored in the linwin folder, but are being marked as available for Mac:
- secureboot
- intel_me_info
This is likely because the script which generates the documentation's json file has a bug where linwin also includes darwin.
Requirements
- Make it so that these tables are not also being marked as available for Mac in the documentation
