ARS exchange rate is the "official", but not the real one. The real one can is called "dolar blue", and can also be taken from P2P crypto exchanges to USDT/ARS

Your concept of 'real' is probably wrong. I'm from Argentina, and I know many suppliers who use the 'dólar oficial' to set their prices. Even if the 'blue' dollar is more commonly used — which I can't confirm — that doesn't mean the rate set by the government is worthless.

That being said, it would be nice to have both, but you know, Argentina is quite a special case.
