I noticed that your plugin adds a cookie with a "secure:false" attribute:

Maybe with a simple cookie with value "consent:true" (or false) is a bit useless, but I think it should be based with the type of http in use, if the site uses https then the cookie will be "secure:true" as wordpress also does with its cookies.
