Use Case

All the generators at the moment build flat structures /events, /services, /domains etc... it would be nice to build them into nested structures https://www.eventcatalog.dev/docs/development/guides/project-structure#nested-resources-recommended

This might be a breaking change for some, so maybe a flag to opt out... something to think about.

Also SDK might need to be updated, need to check how SDK will behave given these structures...

If this feature is optional then current users would be bothered mildly in order to add this Flag to keep going as is.
