What happened?

1. Create a chat based on any model (send several message there)
2. In My workspace remove the model
3. Open the chat and note that
   'Add the agent...' button appears instead of input message field -> ok
   Regenerate button in response can be pressed, and the response is regenerated -> bug
   Edit button in user-message can be pressed, the message can be saved and submitted, new response can be regenerated -> bug

Expected: Regenerate button in response and Edit button in user-message should be removed if the model is not available in My workspace
