What happened?

Issue1:

1. Create a chat and send a request like "Generate Dockerfile and Makefile simple examples"
2. Click on Download button the code block generated for Dockerfile -> suggested name is Dockerfile -> ok
3. Click on Ok button and check the final file name in downloads history -> the file has .txt extension -> bug
   Note: the same is for Makefile

Expected: no extension should be added

Issue2:

Now the code block for bash and sh scripts are always named as bash.
Expected: for sh script the code bloc should be named as sh; for bash script - bash. Extension for both case should be left as .sh
