Project Logo/Header Image React Redux SASS

Overview

Card Store - No. 1 Card Store (Frontend) stands as a comprehensive ecommerce website dedicated to the sale of player trading cards. This extensive project, among the longest and largest in my portfolio, has significantly honed my planning and task execution skills. The frontend, developed using React, Redux, Redux Toolkit, Sass, and Stripe for payment handling, is a testament to my commitment to creating a seamless and feature-rich user experience.

Key Features

  • Ecommerce Functionality: The frontend delivers a robust ecommerce experience, facilitating the buying and selling of player trading cards.

  • React, Redux, Redux Toolkit: The project delves into the complexities of Redux, including the implementation of async thunks, queries, and authentication and authorization logic.

  • Sass Styling: Styling is handled with Sass, ensuring a modular and maintainable design.

  • Stripe Integration: Stripe is utilized to handle payment transactions, providing a secure and seamless payment experience for users.

Learning Highlights

  • Advanced Redux Concepts: This project deepened my understanding of Redux by tackling more complex aspects such as async thunks, queries, and intricate authorization/authentication logic.

  • Payment Handling with Stripe: Integration with Stripe expanded my knowledge on handling secure and efficient payment transactions in an ecommerce setting.

  • Card Categorization and Search Logic: Implementing logic for card categorization and search functionality required a deeper dive into frontend development and logic implementation.
