I propose adding an overview page for each location showing:

• Currently signed up angles
• Angels leaving soon
• Angels arriving soon

Including angel names and the shift type they signed up for.

This view can be used by the organization team or a lead to know who will leave/arrive, validate the correct angels are working and allows to act early on open shift positions.

I developed a half baked system for this at GPN22 using the API of engelsystem and it was appreciated by the leads at the bar. However, I think that should be a feature of engelsystem itself. The information is already visible for every logged in user, it would just be shown in a new, different way.

As this feature should give a quick overview the view should be optimized to be displayed on e.g. a wall monitor or TV. Allowing to enable automatic refresh (e.g. via a query parameter) would make this usable with the vast majority of display systems.

Further ideas I am having for this feature:

• Allow to display multiple locations on one screen
• Show missing introductions/angel type
• Show if angel already worked in that position or if the person needs to be onboarded
• Allow accessing the view with a token set as query parameter (simplifies displaying on most display systems)
• E-Mail notifications for changes in working angels for a location
