ember version 4.12.1 & 4.12.2,node 16 & 18

ember build --environment=production only fingerprints the chunk files
ember build --environment production and ember build -prod both correctly fingerprint all asset files

Docs say to use --environment=production
ember-cli-deploy uses --environment=production
