How to export my settings.toml to dotenv .env (or reverse) #963

Is there a programmatic way to generate .env or .toml automatically from one of the based file?
Is there a way to consolidate all the settings used in a given program in case they are missed in the toml ?

You can use the CLI to write to a file

dynaconf -i app.settings list -o /path/to/test.toml

I manage to extract all with :
dynaconf -i config.settings list -o test.toml
dynaconf -i config.settings list -o test.env

is there a way to extract with the prefix for the .env ?
