The razor compiler team are planning to move the razor SDK out of this repo and into the https://github.com/dotnet/razor-compiler repo as part of an effort to unify code and improve ship velocity.

This issue gives us an umbrella under which we can track changes to the SDK to start consuming from the razor-compiler repo.
