Trigger css
:targetor add active class on scroll to headerWhat problem does this feature solve?
Currently when you click on a link, the page scrolls to header, however on short pages or targets near the end of the page they can't scroll, so it provides no help in finding the section.
If
:targetwas triggered or a class added to the active anchor target I would be able to add a marker next to the section flash the header flashing to draw attention etc.https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/tryit.php?filename=trycss3_target
