Adding a contributing guide would help new contributors better understand how they can contribute, follow the project's code style, and submit pull requests in a way that aligns with your preferences. It would also enhance the overall development process and collaboration among contributors.

Additionally, I would like to suggest opening a Discussions section in the repository. This could provide a space for community members to discuss ideas, ask questions, and share suggestions for the project's development.

I would also like to understand what types of contributions would be most helpful for you. For example, would adding new networks to the Hardhat configuration be useful?
