Describe the Bug

Support for using labels display in numeric fields was add in #20267 and #20264, but it seems when configuring the "Choices" it always saves the "Value" as a string, so the label display doesnt work.

Just updating the JSON values to int seems to fix the problem.

To Reproduce

• Create a new collection
• Add an int field with interface as dropdown
• Add a "Labels" display configuration
