The feature request

Right now, users only receive Pull Request notifications (checks failed, reviews and comments) for the currently selected repository. That is not ideal for those who have a workflow which involves the use of several repositories simultaneously.

It'd be great to be able to receive notifications from Pull Request in any of the GitHub repositories added to Desktop.

Proposed solution

Add an opt-in setting to receive notifications from all GitHub repositories added to Desktop, so that users don't get too much noise by default.
