The feature request

It would be great to have an option (or some kind of command line flag) to start GitHub Desktop minimized.

Usecase:

• When I start up my PC I don't want to launch GitHub every day manually. I want it so that it's available in the taskbar
• So for that I created a startup script that automatically launches GitHub Desktop

❌ However it always starts with a visible window (usually after a few moments), which I have to minimize then

Other programs like e.g. Teams or Docker Desktop already have such options implemented.

Proposed solution

It would be great to have an option (or some kind of command line flag) to start GitHub Desktop minimized.
