Feature Request Description

Hi,

A feature request which is not strictly related to a problem.
My browser homepage is not dark, not meant to be, and so I've added it to Dark Reader's Disable on these websites list accordingly.
The bother is that Dark Reader, on browser startup, processes the the homepage before checking if it is disabled, which leads to the page being blackened and quasi immediately after rendered to its original colors once Dark Reader considers it is in the disabled list ... which creates of course a white flash.
Suggestion is that Dark Reader, on browser start, considers the disabled list before processing the page.

Thanks for your work, an everyday surfing companion.
