Please extract the zip file in the rossmann-sales folder first.
Make sure you have installed the latest:
numpy (1.18.4), 
pandas (1.0.3), 
seaborn (0.10.1), 
statsmodels (0.11.1)
and fb prophet (0.6) versions.

Please run Capstone_Project_Chapter_1_2.ipynb first.
After executing Chapter_1_2 please run Capstone_Project_Chapter_3_1.ipynb
