This purpose of this application is to demo, share, and practice the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process at the Canadian Digital Service / Service Numérique Canadien.

1. Clone the application.
2. Add yourself or your organization to the list of people who have been here with a date here.
3. Add a test to ensure your code addition does not get removed here.
4. Create a pull request. Check out this https://help.github.com/articles/creating-a-pull-request/ for more information.
5. Validate your addition using the review app. This is the "View Deployment" button on your pull request page that looks a little like this:

6. Ensure that all the test pass.
7. Ask for a code review.
