Production version

- make key spacing tighter on columns, squeeze to 15mm
- squeeze key spacing on index columns also
- generate gerbers separately and PCBA files
- use kicad nightly

PCB fixes

- move promicro to left edge, point USB port to top
- move TRRS jack to top, facing right
- move RGB to right side of T (on QWERTY)
- cut right side
- add OLED to top
- add QSPI flash to left
- cut thumb connections to 4
- make mousebite tabs 4mm wide from 2mm
