Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [nodemon](https://github.com/remy/nodemon). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Hi @chena11356. Thanks for submitting this draft!

Do we have a good reason for requiring this to be a CSV? Seems like that potentially gets confusing with comments containing commas. If a comment has a comma, any spreadsheet exporting to CSV will wrap it in quotes, which this code would inaccurately treat as part of the comment. I think it would be better to just require a plain text file with one comment per line. If we're worried about users not knowing how to create a plaintext file, then maybe it's better to just include a textarea where they can paste in comments separated by lines.

Not sure why you're seeing one comment fail per submission. Is it always exactly one? Any pattern in which one fails? Do you have any server logs corresponding to the request? My best guess without any more clues is that submitting multiple requests in rapid succession this way is leading to a race condition, but the server code should already be executing DB transactions to avoid the obvious mistake(s), so I'm at a bit of a loss.

Thanks again
