Add license, SCM etc to project.clj

2.2.0-rc3 another complete overhaul of clojure.test output!

Removes the conversion to symbols by synthesizing :message string that combines pretty much everything we know from Expectations (except :list from ::in failures).
Output is much more verbose now, but restores most of the "nice" messages from Expectations that people liked so much!

Update test counts in README for 2.2.0-rc2

2.2.0-rc1 add `expecting` macro

Like `clojure.test/testing`.

Add tooling control arity to readme (generator) #92

Address #90 by changing how `expect` is expanded

Add `functionally` predicate #88 and tests

Make it work with `from-each`; update readme/changelog; prep for 2.2.0-beta1.
