IE9 tooltip position issue #159

Try viewing the demo site (https://kushagragour.in/lab/hint/) on IE9 and you will notice that the tooltip position is a bit off. This is IE9 on Windows 7.

Also note how the page is showing in my screenshot. In your's, all positions are showing one below the other instead of showing in table format. Any specific configuration in your IE9?

@chinchang Browser mode is IE9. Document Mode IE9 standards
