That's expired, could you please add binary file to the releases page?

You can simply fork this repo and touch something (maybe a rust file), then the build action will kick in to buid a binary for you.

I would not like to release a binary, for the sake of the safety.

If you have some experience with shadowsocks, you will know that it creates a socks5 port in the background, then you need to specify the proxy to this port in your browser or system.
Other project have more users and detailed wiki. But such proxy software are mainly created for China users, most of the guides are written in Chinese. If you are ttruly interested about this proxy software, the original project on linux platform have much more global users and english guide
