AB loop markers are not shown on seek bar #842

Overview Description:
AB loop markers are not shown on seek bar timeline, there is no way to visually tell if or where a loop is set.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open an audio file
Seek to where you want to set an AB loop start or end point
Press "L" to create the point

Actual Results:
No visible marker is created on the seek bar.

Expected Results:
AB loop start and end points should be indicated on the seek bar.

0.24
