This is the same as #463 except that it now occurs with the apt version of celluloid on the latest ubuntu (20.04.1).

$ apt search celluloid
Sorting... Done
Full Text Search... Done
celluloid/focal,now 0.18-2build1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
  simple GTK+ frontend for mpv
...

It must be recent, because it happens in this machine that I just installed fresh yesterday, but doesn't happen in an older machine that I haven't updated in awhile.

What version of Celluloid do you have on your older machine?

Then it's probably a packaging issue. You should report this with Ubuntu.
