On some gnome-mpv startups, the volume icon is missing, showing the rectangular/folded corner "missing icon" icon instead.

Most of the time (~90%?), it does show correctly.

All of the other UI icons are always correctly loaded.

I've seen this on GNOME 3.24 and 3.26, using the standard Adwaita icon set (no icon customisations).

This is a Gtk bug and I've seen it happen in every app that uses GtkVolumeButton

BTW a brief discussion over this is over at pithos/pithos#525 too. @gnome-mpv If you could get a chance to glance at Gtk and see if I am missing something obvious it would be nice to fix this bug upstream.
