Moderators and editors cannot access the Config and LiveConfig views.
It would be great to let them configure, maybe even start the game, on behalf of the streamer.

They have the best oversight of what kind of funny events can happen to their streamer during the live.

Ways to achieve that:

• Add the configuration pane to the overlay view, under the moderation pane
  • Requires moving the set config / broadcast logic to the EBS, as it will require a broadcaster token
• Provide a webpage to edit the configuration
  • Twitch login integration
  • SPA authentication
  • Abstract away Twitch extension helper
