As it exists right now, a number of advanced deconstruct recipes require rubber gloves and don't acknowledge other sources of electrical immunity. (Dielectric Capacitance, "ELECTRIC IMMUNE" clothing.
Describe the solution you'd like
Reworking of the aforementioned recipes to enable other sources of electric damage immunity to be used in the place of rubber gloves. Or just removal of the requirement altogether seeing how the default state of almost every grid seems to be "without power".

Allowing diaelectric capacitance is on my todo list, yeah. Main stumbling block I ran into there is that I figured it likely should draw bionic power to be used as such instead of being a static tool, and as can be seen in #5744 C++ work needs to be done to allow fake tools from bionics to work right if told to draw power.
Setting any existing item with the electric immunity flag to count as a substitute for rubber gloves is dead simple in comparison though.
