Describe the use-case for this feature

I would like to implement a developer tool with scala3

What do you propose

Cross compile for scala3

I've checked to make sure there isn't already a way to support this in the current protocol

I've checked the existing protocol and there isn't a way to do this currently

Maintainer approval (This is for the maintainers)

Have you considered using bsp4j? bsp4s also uses Monix, which is not seeing active development.
