Boilerplate setup for a fullstack React application using:
- Babel, Webpack, SASS, and ES6 for the frontend.
- Gulp for task running and building.
- Jasmine for testing.
- Node/Express for the server.

- switch to mocha/karma/chai/sinon for testing
