Generates errors in HLSL shaders, so not usable at present.

When marking shaders during hunting, the shader will flicker instead of be skipped.

Volnaiska tested 0.53 and logs indicate it does not appear to load the d3d11.dll.

But the hunting shaders is not working, so we can't yet track down crosshair.
