[Bug] CodeCoverage upload is failing #53

Currently we are receiving the above error:

Upload failed: {"message":"Token required - not valid tokenless upload"}

I think it's just a matter of setting up codecov for Block org, or something alike. And perhaps adding the codecov token secret to the repo too.
