Is there any info how to find the test points, that need to be shorted? Some are already known and public knownledge, but how were they found in first place? Do they have a certain resistance that can be measured? Or can be traced back to the SoC?

I have a Zebra TC510K with Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 (SoC MSM8952). The SoC is identical to the Huawei Honor 5A, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 or Moto G4 Plus, but I the EDL testpoints are not known! :( (EDIT: I found them and documented it, in case you need them)

Ok, so this talk is very informative: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pghKRBg3I8g

The resources from Scott Lorenz (lorenzinvestigations) are pure GOLD! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1pAMvokki-KfSx6Bn72XxF_GJg-7fAu9w

It seems the Multi-Com EDLmaster (CT-280) is the ultimate solution for finding the EDL points.
