Thank you for your excellent work. I am new in R. I would like to visualize the lncRNA feature in the genome region using karyoploteR.
I want to separate the overlapped miRNA symbol in the same region. Can I change the color of mRNA, lncRNA, and miRNA in kpPlotGenes? Could you help me?
