Use new BD injection & fix issues

* Fix erratic flatpak output (fixes #31)
* Loop over scan properly (fixes #10)
* Explicitly set nodeIntegration: true
* Clone from injector instead of stable16 (fixes #38)
* Don't require asar or extract the core
* Use the new (?) $SNAP env var to detect the snap location
* Fix persistent 'ERROR: Discord installation not found.'
