During cont3xt integration processing of indicators, I'd like to see a temporary display of integration processing. This could be inline at the end of the green sliding status bar, or in the top level header bar.

({api requests completed} / {total number api requests})

It's a pita to mouse over the thin slider when I'm process bulk indicators to get a sense of how long until completion.
