This will be an interval (e.g. 10 minutes) where each sponsor wallet checks for stuck transactions and pushes more up-to-date updates to overwrite them by fetching the latest and pending transaction counts from the provider and sending an update with the most up-to-date signed data if pending transaction count is larger than latest.
