Describe the bug
When I use a petitions list block with the object selection type, I can select which petitions to show, but I can't reorder them. They appear in the order they were published.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add a new post, insert a petitions list block
2. select object selection type and add some petitions
3. change the order of the petitions in the list
4. looks fine on the back end
5. see on the front end - they appear in order of latest published

Expected behaviour
users should be able to re-order the petitions in the petitions list, when using the object selection type.

Actual behaviour
the petitions can't be re-ordered.

Additional context
have managed a workaround for the order of the petitions on the petitions list on this page: https://www.amnesty.org/en/get-involved/write-for-rights/ - since they were all published on the same day, I changed the publish time by 1 minute for each one to get them in the order I wanted.
