An open-source MATLAB toolbox for the reduction of high-dimensional ODE systems to a low-dimensional, uncertain system.
Note: This code is under very active development and will be subject to changes and improvements, so watch this space!
In order to use UODESys, you will need:
- A working version of YALMIP, the MATLAB optimization modelling software by J. Löfberg
- A suitable SDP solver. Choices include SeDuMi, SDPT3, SDPA, Mosek (free for users in academia).

To install UODESys, simply download or clone this repository and add all files to your MATLAB path. For a quick introduction to UODESys, please refer to the user manual, which you can find inside the docs/ folder.
