Release 0.5.1

- added ability to detect new muted message

Note that we didn't have mechanism to keep track of latest message
received for muted message yet as we didn't have information of how many
new messages received. Thus it will be always 1. So beware in heavy
traffic muted group chat, some messages might not get processed.
