What did you expect to happen?

The link would show the other custom taxonmies with the same keyword

What happened instead?

You attempted to edit an item that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it was deleted? mess appears and a Server 500 error shows up

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1.Create a two different custom taxonomies. In the example below I used uFAQ Category and WooCommerce Product Category

2.Add the same keyword to both

uFAQ Category Previously used keyphrase: You've used this keyphrase once before. appears

3. Click on link in uFAQ Category and see error
