On a little bit separate note, it would be nice to have a place we keep that written down and updated. Would the meeting notes be sufficient? ... also, are meeting notes kept? If so, where?

Right now, not really, certainly nothing substantial. But in tandem with the agenda I'd like to start keeping notes properly and publish them on here.

To me the review of the purpose and objectives is important to keep updated in the notes, not tracking individual issues.
