I am interested in the download. The primary reason is to bypass administrative restrictions and it is to my understanding, downloading said download would release administrative restrictions. The problem that I encountered attempting to download is that it is blocked every time by security and Edge. So, my question is; is there another way to obtain this download? Perhaps, a way to enter a command in the Command Prompt or whatever. Basically, any kind of alternative way of reaching the desired goal at hand? Any information is greatly appreciated!
