I am proposing a new feature to enhance the functionality of the platform by allowing users to create records not only through text input but also by uploading files, specifically PDFs and Word documents. This feature could significantly streamline the data entry process for users who often work with document files and wish to integrate their contents directly into the platform.
Current Limitation:
Currently, Tasking AI only supports record creation through text input. This requires users to manually copy and paste or retype the content from their documents, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors.
Proposed Feature:
I suggest implementing a feature that enables users to upload a PDF or Word document as an alternative method to create a record. The system should automatically extract the text from the uploaded document and use it to create a new record. This process should maintain the original formatting of the document as closely as possible to ensure the integrity of the data being imported.
