Stroopwafel plugin to keep the tablet off

This plugin for stroopwafel a IOSU patch to not turn on the tablet / gamepad on boot.

How to use

Put the wafel_noinit_tablet.ipx together with wafel_core.ipx from stroopwafel in /wiiu/ios_plugins on your sdcard

export STROOPWAFEL_ROOT=/path/too/stroopwafel-repo
make
