Make sure you have the following prerequisites installed on your system:
- Java Development Kit (JDK) 11 or higher
- Maven (for building the project)
- MySQL or any other relational database management system
- Clone the repository to your local machine:
git clone https://github.com/Rytnix/TestMate.git
- Run
mvn clean install
- Run
java -jar target/Testmate-<version>.jar
- Create Databse

CREATE DATABASE ExamPortal
- The Testmate app should now be running on http://localhost:9000. Open this URL in your web browser to access the application.

Sign up as a new user or log in with your existing credentials.

If you have admin privileges, you can access the admin panel to manage exams, question banks, and users.

Create exams and add questions to the question bank.
